The best time to brush isn't in the morning

it's why sometimes you wake up and want to remain in bed. Because your body is already tired ahead of using your hands to uproot your teeth. What if i told you that you can wait till night?

so, when are you now supposed to do it?

at night?

but what if really the best time to brush isn't in the morning?

Imagine brushing while on a suit and tie? Good luck explaining to co-workers the stain on your shirt isn’t toothpaste but a follow-come design.

what makes you think some scientist genius can’t sell you the narrative of renewed hygiene that’ll lead to prolonged life?

ideally, we should all be brushing at least twice daily, but whatever you do—please brush before heading out. Protect the planet. Preserve human species. Thank you.

that being said, I have a brushing problem. I know you’re not a doctor or psychologist, but I need your advice.

I brush twice every morning.

Not because I'm trying to have good personal hygiene, but because I forget I already brushed the first time.
