Yes. I did.
Whenever I see someone talking to himself/herself, I conclude the person has mental problems.
Not until I became what I hated.
Sadly, I had been missing all along.
Most of my readers intentionally get into that mode while others get into it unconsciously.
For me, it’s always unconsciously and very rare. I hope it stays that way. I take it a step further by recording those moments and having them kept somewhere I can go replay them whenever I want to.
You’ll agree with me that this process is our ‘self’ visiting us from the future and baring gifts of advice.
