are you really free?

as long as you’re not trapped in a transparent box underwater or wearing an orange rob or using a VPN to access Twitter—my guess is you’re FREE?

for some of us, being free means something totally different. For the first time in my life, I inhaled the smell of freedom.

even with my mask on, this particular freedom found its way into my nose.

i’m not even about to tell you how it smells way better than the smell of new books.

oh yes! I’m one of those who would buy a book (with my last cash) not for reading sake but get high on the scent.

there’s something it does to the body—probably renews life span? 🥺

if that was the case, you’d have probably bought more books than food (except it’s Jollof-Write), right?

but that’s not the case, you just have to live 1 day at a time, enjoying your ‘Jollof-Write & chill’ life.

I almost forgot. 🤦🏾‍♂️

about the freedom I inhaled 3 days ago:

now, this isn’t to tension you but if it did I’m terribly NOT sorry.

I can tell you for FREE that it’s easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than it is to get this particular FREEdom.

also, this isn’t to scare you if you’re trying to gain this type of freedom.

I’ll be more than happy you’re done with the man at the top.

then there’s another type of freedom Mr. Arvid is suggesting (and I don’t subscribe to eat):

sounds like an attack on the 9-5 life? Some of us just want to make money and not borrow matches from our neighbors. How we legally earn the money is our choices (9-5, working from home, etc).

no one should attempt to rubbish our means because we don’t have the passion to work-from-bed and tweet “if you’re not working from your bed, you’re not FREE”.

And yes, an alarm wakes me up every morning to remind me I’m still JOBLESS. Help me, Arvid!!!!!!!! (if you ever see this😓)
